What is mobile detailing, and how does it work?

Mobile detailing is a professional car care service where we come to your location, whether it's your home, office, or any other spot, to clean and detail your vehicle. We bring all the necessary equipment and supplies, saving you the hassle of going to a shop.

How long does a typical detailing session take?

Depending on the service package you choose and the condition of your vehicle, a detailing session can take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours. We'll give you an estimated time when booking.

What areas do you service?

We service Algonquin, Crystal Lake, Huntley, Lake In The Hills, Cary, Carpentersville, Elgin, Barrington and most of the Chicagoland area. If you're unsure if we cover your location, feel free to contact us and we'll let you know!

What types of vehicles do you detail?

We detail a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, and motorcycles. If you have a unique vehicle, just ask, and we’ll let you know if we can service it.

What is the difference between a basic wash and full detailing?

A basic wash focuses on the exterior of the vehicle, including a thorough wash and dry, while full detailing covers both the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

How often should I have my car detailed?

It depends on how often you use your car and the conditions it’s exposed to. For optimal results, we recommend detailing every 3-6 months to keep your vehicle looking its best.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods. We accept, cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo and PayPal(friends and family only)

Can I book an appointment online or over the phone?

Yes, you can easily book online through our website or give us a call to schedule your detailing service. We’ll confirm your appointment details promptly.

What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?

If it rains or the weather is bad on the day of your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule for a more suitable day at no extra charge. Exceptions can be made if you have a garage with sufficient space for us to work in.

Is there a cancellation fee if I need to reschedule?

We understand that plans change. As long as you give us at least 24 hours’ notice, there will be no cancellation fee. For same-day cancellations, a small fee may apply.  If the reschedule is due to the weather, obviously no fees will apply.

Do you offer any discounts for recurring customers?

Yes, we currently offer a 20% discount on our monthly maintenence plans.  The first detail will be booked at full price and as long as you book again within the same month, you will get 20% off your detail.

How do you handle stubborn stains or pet hair in the interior?

We use specialized tools and techniques to remove even the toughest stains and pet hair. While some stains may require additional time, we’ll do our best to restore your interior to like-new condition.  If the pet hair or stains need some additional time, it may cost more money.  The price will be assessed with the customer beforehand so there are no surprises!
